Once upon a time there was a family known as Storm. The mother, called Rain, and her two sons - Thunder and Lightning - all lived together in perfect harmony. When they laughed, puffy white clouds stretched across the pale blue sky. However as Thunder and Lightning grew older, they began to grow restless and bored of the endless blue sky. To pass time, they would pull jokes on Rain, causing her beautiful white clouds to turn grey with embarrassment and anger. This always signaled the start of a gruesome squabble. After fights that caused the sky to rumble and the clouds to shed tears, Thunder and Lighting would always receive a ferocious scolding.
One night after so many arguments and numerous rebukes, the worst had arrived. Thunder and lightning scared beautiful Rain so bad that she turned dark black, a shade so deep with anger that Thunder cracked from fear, and stood frozen. Soon all the clouds in the sky were inky shades of grey, all of them coming closer and closer together to form a whirling mass around the enraged Rain. Lightning bolted in fear, and knowing thunder and his obese size, plundered right behind. The two Storm family children were chased through countries and over seas by torrent of angry words from Rain. Forever, Thunder and Lightning will run around the world, always to be chased by the pitter patters of Rain, and this is how storms have come to be.
